We want you to love the products you buy from Look What I Want Online (www.lookwhatiwantonline.com), so if you are not completely happy or satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of your purchase.
If you have purchased any jewellery from our site, when trying on your jewellery, please do not wear perfumes or cosmetics which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We cannot accept returns on earrings (Unless faulty), due to hygiene reasons.
All the items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

You need to pay the postage charge for all the returns.
Refund Process
Upon receipt of the returned items, we will either exchange the item or refund the credit/debit card (or Paypal account) used for the purchase, minus the delivery charges if we have charged delivery for your purchase.
